Dr. Chase, a native of Philadelphia, PA, completed his education and training at Temple University in Philadelphia and Loyola University in Chicago. He has been living and working in the US Virgin Islands since 2000.
Dr. Chase completed a fellowship in Sports Medicine and shoulder surgery at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, where he focused on the arthroscopic treatment of musculoskeletal disorders. Dr. Chase is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons, is a member of the American Orthopaedic Society of Sports Medicine, the Arthroscopic Association of North America, and is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. Dr. Chase is also a founding member of the Caribbean Orthopaedic Association.
Dr. Chase has brought advanced arthroscopic treatment of shoulder and knee disorders and modern total joint replacement techniques to the Virgin Islands and the Eastern Caribbean.
Ahmet R. Sayan, MD is a practicing Cardiologist (Heart Specialist) in St Thomas, US Virgin Islands. Dr. Sayan graduated from University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in 1993 and has been in practice for 25 years. He completed a residency at New York Presbyterian Hospital. Dr. Sayan also specializes in Internal Medicine. He currently practices at Virgin Island Orthopadics and Medical Specialists.
Dr. Quinones is a Board Certified Interventional Pain Management Physician who has been in practice since 2006. She is a member of the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians (ASIPP) and the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, she is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (FAAPMR).
Dr. Quinones completed her medical training with a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Montefiore medical Center in New York City and completed her fellowship at Emory University in Atlanta, GA.

Dr. Olsen graduated magna cum laude from the University of Illinois, after which she attended Washington University Medical School. She completed her Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center where she was also the Chief Medical Resident before completed her Rheumatology Fellowship,
Dr. Torres Martinez graduated from the University or Puerto Rico Medical Sciences campus in 2000 where he also completed his residency in 2005. He completed his fellowship in Sports Medicine at Florida Orthopedic Institute in Florida in 2006. Dr. Torres Martinez is also certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery since 2005.
